Under Armour is timing the tour to the release of two new styles of the Curry 2.5. The basketball shoes will debut on UA Shop starting Thursday then on UA.com and at Under Armour Brand Houses on Saturday.

New designs are inspired by characters from the 16th Century classic Chinese novel "Journey to the West." The "Sun Wukong" is named for a hero who overcomes all obstacles through underestimated power, and the "Erlang Shen," is named for a character described as calm with laser focus, "the same as the back-to-back MVP, with his vision to see all possibilities on the court," Under Armour said in an announcement of the tour today.
