A Rockville-based sandwich restaurant is set to open later this year at the Annapolis Harbour Center.
The co-owners of Full On Craft Eats & Drinks said they hope to open in October or November.
The business is co-owned by Julie and Michelle Harris and Bev and Joe Hospital, who opened the restaurant’s first location on Norbeck Road in 2014.
The menu offers American fare, appetizers, sandwiches and salads, plus wine and beer. The food is homemade on-site, including roasted meats for sandwiches, sauces, soups, dressings and desserts, Julie Harris said.
“We’ve been eyeing Annapolis for a while,” she said. “We think it’s such a cool food town.”
The restaurant will be about twice as large as the Rockville location. The end unit next to Keratsini Greek Kitchen is expected to feature a full bar, with plans for an outdoor beer garden also in the works.
The owners hope to hire about 35 to 40 employees, including servers, hosts, bartenders and kitchen staff.
The new opening comes at a time of transition for the shopping center.
Bow Tie Harbour 9 Theaters closed over the weekend just five months after reopening from the coronavirus pandemic. It is unclear if the closure is permanent.
