KB Home is celebrating the grand opening of its newest community, Berkshire Place, Saturday, Jan. 14, from 1 to 4 p.m., 8601 Summer Waves Way, in Laurel.

The public is invited to see the townhouse designs and participate in a cake decorating class by Cannelloni Cooking School. Participants will have the opportunity to take advantage of free on-site ownership consultations and room-by-room tours.
