Todd Mueller has been promoted to branch manager for the Gateway Plaza office of The Columbia Bank, in Columbia. He previously was the associate branch manager of the bank's Ellicott City office. Mueller has been with The Columbia Bank since 2004.

Mueller will oversee the day-to-day banking operations of the Gateway Plaza Office, develop new business opportunities and integrate the bank into programs and initiatives that benefit the local community.

Musu-mesi Davies has been promoted to branch manager for the Clinton office of The Columbia Bank, in Prince George's County. She previously was the assistant branch manager of the bank's Capitol Heights Office. Davies has been with The Columbia Bank since 2007.

Davies will oversee the day-to-day banking operations of the Clinton Office, develop new business opportunities, and integrate the bank into programs and initiatives that benefit the local community.

Erin McCullin has been promoted to director of website services at American Community Management Inc., in Timonium. She was previously the website coordinator. McCullin has been with ACM since 2009.

In her new position, McCullin will expand ACM's presence by utilizing social media; researching additional ways in which ACM can continue to provide the website services to homeowner's and board members; and offering advertising to various vendors, contractors and businesses by giving them the opportunity to place advertisements on ACM's website, as well as provide homeowners with discounts and coupons for their services.

Nadia Kahler has been hired as transaction manager at Baltimore office of Colliers International, headquartered in Columbia.

Kahler will provide senior-level operational support to the firm's brokerage clients, the majority of whom are focused on portfolio projects. In this role, Kahler will integrate the Colliers International platform into the company.
