Jennifer and Bryan Townsend, of Highland, announce the birth of their daughter, Natalie Jane Townsend, on April 28, 2011, at 2:52 a.m. She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces. Her sister is Amelia. Her grandparents are William and Sharon Hogue, of Ellicott City; and Rose and the late Robert Townsend, of Highland.
