The following weather announcements have been made:

Monday, January 3

Anne Arundel Community College: Closed.

Bowie State University: Closed.

Harford Community College: Closed. TUNE also closed.

Howard Community College: Other. Code Yellow

Loyola University Maryland: Closed. Employees who work remotely should continue to work their normal schedule. Essential personnel should still report.

Maryland University of Integrative Health: Closed.

MICA: Closed. Due to weather conditions, MICA's physical campus is closed today, January 3, 2022. In-person day and evening classes are canceled. Online classes will continue as scheduled. For additional information, please contact your course instructor. All academic buildings are closed. Required Attendance Personnel should report as scheduled or assigned. All other employees are not expected to work today.

Morgan State University: Closed.

Salisbury University: Closed. Essential Employees Report

Towson University: Closed. All classes beginning after 10 a.m. will continue virtually. Those beginning before 10 a.m. remain canceled. Emergency essential personnel for inclement weather response should report to work on time. All other faculty and staff, including those approved for telework, will receive administrative leave unless otherwise directed.

University of Maryland Baltimore County: Closed. UMBC will close its physical campus Monday. Remote learning and telework continue as scheduled. More at umbc.edu/closing.

Baltimore County Public Library: Early close. 4:00 PM

B&O Railroad Museum: Closed.

Archbishop Curley High School: Closed.

Catholic High School of Baltimore: Closed.

Glenelg Country School: Closed.

Loyola Blakefield: Closed.

McDonogh School: Closed.

Anne Arundel County schools: Closed.

Baltimore County schools: Closed.

Calvert County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Carroll County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Cecil County schools: Closed.

Charles County schools: Closed.

Frederick County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Due to the forecast for inclement weather, Frederick County MD public schools and offices are opening 2 hours late Monday, January 3, 2022. Morning PreK* and Career and Technology Center (CTC) start 2 hours late and dismiss 1 hour later than usual. PM PreK* starts 1 hour later than usual and dismisses at the regular time. PM CTC starts 40 minutes later than usual and dismisses at the regular time. All staff should report on a 2-hour delay as well. We will reevaluate by 7 a.m. Monday morning.
