McDaniel College: Delayed start. 10:00 AM. McDaniel College will open at 10 a.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 11. All undergraduate classes, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online, will follow the delayed class schedule. Online Graduate classes will proceed as scheduled. Notre Dame of Maryland University: Delayed start. 10:00 AM

Towson University: Delayed start. 10:00 AM. Due to inclement weather, Towson University will delay the opening of its physical campus until 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11. All in-person instruction scheduled to begin before 10 a.m. will be held virtually. Remote academic instruction will continue as scheduled, and all in-person instruction to begin at 10 a.m. or later will continue as scheduled.

University of Maryland Baltimore: Delayed start. 10:00 AM

University of Maryland Baltimore County: Delayed start. 10:00 AM. UMBC's physical campus will delay opening until 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 11. Remote learning and telework will continue as scheduled.

University of Maryland College Park: Other. Following normal campus operations.

American Visionary Art Museum: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Archbishop Spalding High School: Closed.

Calvert School: Closed.

Concordia Preparatory School (Baltimore Lutheran): Closed.

Garrison Forest School: Closed.

Gerstell Academy: Other. All grades will be learning remotely today.

Glenelg Country School: Other. Virtual learning only. Little Dragons will not operate. Pre-K–Grade 12 will shift to virtual learning. All campus and extracurricular activities are canceled.

McDonogh School: Other. Campus Closed; Virtual School in session

Roland Park Country School: Closed.

School of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen: Closed.

Baltimore City schools: Other. All in-person learning and meal sites will be closed. Virtual learning will continue. Students who normally attend in-person will access learning virtually.

Carroll County schools: Closed.

Frederick County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Harford County schools: Other. All buildings and technology hubs are closed to staff. Essential personnel will receive further instruction from their supervisor.
