Frederick County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Garrett County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Harford Community College: Delayed start. 10:00 AM
Harford County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
John Carroll School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Because of the delayed opening, we will not have an early dismissal, and will dismiss at normal time, 2:45 p.m.
