Allegany County schools: Closed. All morning pre-K classes are canceled and no breakfast will be served.

Baltimore County schools: Other. Hereford Zone will be opening 2 hours late. No a.m. pre-K at Hereford Zone schools.

Carroll Christian School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Carroll County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Code Blue for employees.

Frederick County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Employees: Code Green

Frostburg State University: Closed.

Garrett County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Glenelg Country School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Harford County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. No morning pre-K. First-shift custodians are to report on time.

Howard County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. All morning sessions of half-day pre-K and RECC are canceled. Central Offices will be open on time. All morning child care programs, sponsored by the Columbia Association and the Department of Recreation & Parks in Howard County public schools, will be delayed two hours.

John Carroll School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

McDonogh School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Montessori School of Westminster: Delayed start. 1 hour delay
