The following weather announcements have been made:

Anne Arundel County schools: Closed. All @AACountySchools will be closed for students on Thursday for semester break. Normal schedules will resume and the third marking period will begin Friday.
Archbishop Spalding High School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Baltimore City schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. District office opens on time. Half-day early learning programs canceled.
Baltimore County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Offices will open on time. Due to a water main break in the area, Middleborough Elementary will be closed Thursday, January 31, 2019. Due to a water main break in the area, West Towson Elementary will be closing at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019. Evening and after school activities at Middleborough and West Towson are cancelled.
Bryn Mawr School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Carroll County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Re-evaluation and an announcement will be made by 7:15 a.m. Code BLUE for employees.
Catholic High School of Baltimore: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. No formal uniform required, as CSW Liturgy is canceled.
Cecil County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Concordia Preparatory School (Baltimore Lutheran): Delayed start. 2 hour delay. School begins at 10:05 a.m.
Frederick County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. FCPS will re-evaluate conditions by 7 a.m. Modified code green for staff.
Frostburg State University: Delayed start. 11:00 AM
Garrett County schools: Closed.
Gerstell Academy: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Harford Heights Before Care opens at 9:00 am
Glenelg Country School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Harford County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. No morning pre-K. First-shift custodians report on time. Staff will re-evaluate in the a.m.
Hood College: Delayed start. 10:00 AM
Howard County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Schools/a.m.child care delayed 2 hours. AM half-day pre-K/RECC canceled. Offices open on time.
Institute of Notre Dame: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. The building opens at 8 a.m. Buses pick up 90 minutes after scheduled times.
John Carroll School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Loyola Blakefield: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Maryvale Preparatory School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Classes will begin at 9:55 a.m. Middle School Grandparents' Day is postponed to next Thursday, Feb. 7.
McDaniel College: Delayed start. 10:00 AM
McDonogh School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. All afternoon activities canceled.
Montgomery County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Mount St. Mary's University: Delayed start. 10:00 AM. The Emmitsburg and Frederick campuses, as well as the ARCC and @GrottoofLourdes will open at 10 a.m. Classes in Emmitsburg will follow Schedule B (T/TH) from the university's Inclement Weather Policy.
Odyssey School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Park School of Baltimore: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Prince George's County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Code Orange.
Wicomico County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. There will be no a.m. prekindergarten.
Worcester County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. No a.m. pre-K.
Friday, February 1
Allegany County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. All morning pre-K classes are canceled, and no breakfast will be served.
Carroll County schools: Other. No transportation to nonpublic schools, the Maryland School for the Deaf, and the Maryland School for the Blind.
Garrett County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
