Cecil County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Modified pre-K and preschool schedule:. Morning session: 11 a.m.-12:50 p.m. Afternoon session: 1:50 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
Harford County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. No morning pre-K. First-shift custodians are to report on time. Staff will re-evaluate in the morning.
John Carroll School: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
Montgomery County schools: Other. Springbrook High School will be closed because of problems with the heat pump that have left the building without heat.
Prince George's County schools: Early close. 2 hours early
