Report: Cardinals have talked to Bulger's agent

According to the Arizona Republic, the Arizona Cardinals are looking at four quarterbacks, including Ravens backup quarterback Marc Bulger.

The Cardinals have long been expected to trade for Philadelphia's Kevin Kolb, but they have yet to finalize a deal.

Along with Bulger, Arizona has talked to the agent for Matt Hasselbeck and has spoken to Denver about trading for Kyle Orton. The Ravens signed Bulger to a one-year, $3.8 million to back up Joe Flacco. Bulger didn't play a snap in 2010.

There has been a debate this offseason whether Bulger is seeking a starting job elsewhere or he's content on being a backup. Bulger wasn't expected to talk to the Cardinals. Almost a week ago, there was a radio report that said Bulger wasn't interested in playing in Arizona.

The Ravens would like the insurance of having Bulger be their backup. But the Ravens have to find a way to fit Bulger in the salary cap.
