Flacco beats Roethlisberger -- to the altar

Nearly one month -- 28 days to be exact -- after Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco was married, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger did the same.

The 29-year-old Super Bowl-winning quarterback and Ashley Harlan, 26, a physician's assistant, married at the Christ Church of Grove Farm outside Pittsburgh.

Most of Roethlisberger's teammates were expected to attend the nuptials. The Steelers' executives and head coach were also expected to be present, after receiving special permission to interact with players as the NFL lockout continues.

Perhaps the most notable guest was linebacker James Harrison. His appearance might indicate there's no fallout from his criticism of Roethlisberger in a "Men's Journal" article released last week.

Harrison placed some of the blame on the team's Super Bowl loss to the Green Bay Packers on Roethlisberger in the story, but the Pro Bowl linebacker later apologized saying his comments were taken out of context.
