Heap trains in Arizona workout with McNabb, Cardinals

A week after participating in the Ravens' week-long workouts in Arizona, tight end Todd Heap is remaining active during the NFL lockout.

Heap was one of about 20 quarterbacks and receivers -- predominantly members of the Arizona Cardinals -- who took part in a Wednesday workout in Phoenix, organized by receiver Larry Fitzgerald, the Arizona Republic reported.

In what was described as a "low-key" workout, Washington quarterback Donovan McNabb was there along with Cardinals quarterbacks John Skelton, Max Hall and Rich Bartell and receivers Steve Breaston, Stephen Williams and 2011 seventh-round draft pick Demarco Sampson.
