'Dancing With the Stars' results: Who's out first?

It's never a good feeling to be the first one ousted from Dancing With the Stars, but it's got to be somebody, right?

Before we get to the results, the pros put on a performance with some members of the "Dancing With the Stars Troupe," whom we're promised we'll meet later. Interesting. Their appearance confused me at first.

Then, after a montage from the past two episodes, some results; first up, the athletes:

Hines Ward and Kym Johnson are safe, as are Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke. This leaves Sugar Ray Leonard and Anna Trebunskaya, who have to wait to learn their fate. Mean.

They actually have to wait through a performance by Chris Brown, which appears to start outside, and then he shows up in front of the judges. He's introduced by the older breakdancing kid from Future Funk (who appeared on America's Got Talent).  There are a whole lot of other people dancing on stage with him, and I start to wonder if all of them are from AGT. Oh, and he is lip-syncing like crazy.

More results, this time the actors:

Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff are safe, as are Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. They try a little fakeout, but Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas are actually safe, too.

Next, the members of the new dance troupe introduce themselves before hitting the floor for another performance. They're all a lot of fun, but dude, must we draw out the results show any longer?

More results:

Chelsie Hightower and Romeo are safe, and Lacey Schwimmer and Mike Catherwood are still in jeopardy.

Montage of developing relationships among the couples. They love each other!

Chris Brown returns with a "reinterpretation" of his song "Forever." Is he going to sing this time? Time will tell. Signs point to no. If they interview him, I think we all know there is one person whose name they shouldn't mention.

Results:

Kendra Wilkinson and Louis Van Amstel are safe, as are Petra Nemacova and Dmitry Chaplin. Wendy Williams and Tony Dovolani have to wait.

This leaves the bottom three, but Wendy and Tony quickly learn they are safe. Sugar Ray and Anna and Mike and Lacey are the last two couples standing.

The ousted couple is Mike and Lacey, which means our local connection (onetime Maryland resident Sugar Ray Leonard) is still safe.

What do you think about this result?

I would have been shocked if it has been anyone else, really.
