Senior guard Sterling Gibbs connected for 17 of his game-high 27 points and junior guard Dallas Anglin scored all of his 15 in the second half to rally top-seeded and No. 8 Seton Hall Prep from a 27-21 deficit in the Essex County Tournament semifinals at West Orange High.• St. John's Northwestern Military Academy forward Martin Breunig was at Comcast Center on Sunday to see Maryland's win over North Carolina State.

• A big game from Terps women's commitment Lexie Brown wasn't enough for North Gwinnett (Ga.) in its 59-44 loss to Norcross.

Lexie Brown led a North charge in the fourth quarter but it was too little, too late. Also a top sophomore prospect, she put on a good show for the college coaches with 31 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter.
