**LSU's Stevan Ridley said he talked to 13 teams, including the Ravens. The powerful running back (he's 5 feet 11, 230 pounds) could get selected in the fourth or fifth round.
Ridley runs through arm tackles but doesn't show much elusiveness. Last season, he ran for 1,147 yards and 15 touchdowns. Ridley could be used as a red-zone weapon like Willis McGahee.
**Florida safety Will Hill, a middle-round prospect, said Ravens were one of five teams he's met with at combine. The knock on him is he lacks maturity, according to many draft experts.
Hill, who is 6-1, 205 yards, had 54 tackles, two interceptions and one forced fumble last season.
**Virginia Tech's Rashad Carmichael talked to the Ravens at the combine after meeting with them at the Senior Bowl. The 5-9, 185-pound cornerback is expected to go in the middle rounds.
Carmichael has outstanding speed but shies away from contact. He's had 10 interceptions the past two seasons.
**Ohio State safety Jermale Hines, who is a late-round prospect, talked to the Ravens. At 6-1, 214 pounds, he plays the position like a linebacker. His weakness is limited ball skills.
