If the Hollywood Foreign Press Association had nominated Cher for acting in "Burlesque," she would have had the chance to pull a Pia Zadora -- and win both a Golden Globe and a Razzie for the same role.
Here are the 2011 Razzie nominees. They're always amusing and usually well-earned -- I'm especially delighted to see "Sex and the City 2" on the Worst Picture roster. But wouldn't it be more fun if the Razzies more often targeted pretension instead of just hokum?
I mean, if the Razzies couldn't do something genuinely controversial and include, say, Darren Aronofsky's 'Black Swan," couldn't they have broadened their spectrum with, say, Clint Eastwood's dead-in-the-water "Hereafter?"
