Aqib Talib's confrontation with an official after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 17-10 loss to the Ravens wasn't his only verbal jousting of Sunday evening.
The cornerback also exchanged words with wide receiver Derrick Mason, who is not one to back down from a challenge.
"I don't say anything at first," said Mason, who caught eight passes for 87 and one touchdown. "And then they started the talk. You know me, I'm not going to back down. And then after a while, they just shut up because they couldn't stop me. But they're good, man. That team's very good. They're well-coached. Those defensive backs are very good. But I think as the game started to wear on them, we just kind of wore on them a little bit, and as opposed to talking, they just went out and played."
