AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar opened on December 2nd in new and bigger quarters across from its original Columbia location. In my Table Talk column, I talk a little about the bistro's new "wine on tap" program. Wine-on-tap is new to the area, and new to me -- AIDA's owner, Joe Barbera, is super stoked about it.
