The Kooper's Chowhound Burger Wagon has declared December "Burger Fan Appreciation Month." Their fans are invited to share their best photos of their favorite burger ordered at the food truck to enter a chance to win fabulous prizes, including a one-night stay at Celie's Waterfront Inn.
