It might be time for the Ravens to take another look at Haruki Nakamura at safety, especially on passing situations. So far this season, neither Dawan Landry or Tom Zbikowski have been that impressive in pass defense, and both contributed in giving up long touchdown passes to the Broncos Sunday. Nakamura might be smaller than both Landry and Zbikowski, but he is certainly quicker than both, and he has proven to have a nose for the ball. Nakamura lost his edge on Zbikowski last season because of the ankle injury, and the Ravens were cautious using him in training camp. But after Sunday, and with Tom Brady coming up this week, Nakamura seems like a good bet to play in centerfield with Ed Reed out of the lineup for another week.
