Oher, Zbikowski fined $5,000 by NFL

Offensive tackle Michael Oher and safety Tom Zbikowski both received $5,000 fines by the NFL, a league spokesman confirmed.

Oher was flagged for a personal foul when he took a right-handed swipe at Smith during the Ravens' 24-17 win. Oher, however, came to the defense of tight end Todd Heap, who was driven back by Smith even though the play had been whistled dead because of a false start.

Oher confirmed after the game that he was sticking up for Heap, saying: "That's my teammate. You got to have your teammate's back."

Zbikowski was fined after he tossed Browns running back Peyton Hillis to the ground when he was already out of bounds.
