Ben Troast is the new chef at Porters in Federal Hill, replacing the the wife-and-husband team of Jennie Caserlie and Peter Livolsi. Troast, who worked with co-owner Kevin Cooper at Regi's, also in Federal Hill, told me he will be unveiling a new Fall menu sometime in November.
