Can Michael Vick keep playing like this?

The biggest and perhaps the most unlikeliest storyline of this young NFL season has been the play of Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who looks like a much more polished passer post-incarceration than he did as the face of the Falcons in 2006.

In 10 quarters since taking over for Kevin Kolb, Vick has completed 60.7 percent of his passes for 750 yards and six touchdowns -- and zero interceptions. He has also scrambled for 170 yards and a touchdown. Sports Illustrated's Peter King said Monday that Vick is his early front-runner for NFL MVP.

I've posted a highlight video of Vick's four-touchdown performance Sunday against the Jaguars. Now you tell me: Is Vick a new quarterback, and can he keep playing like this?
