Quite a few changes on the Ravens' second injury report of the week.

Outside linebacker Jarret Johnson did not practice. He was limited Wednesday by a back injury.

Todd Heap was limited in practice after sitting out Wednesday's session. The tight end strained his right shoulder when he stretched for a 35-yard catch and landed on the shoulder in the fourth quarter of the Ravens' 10-9 victory at the New York Jets Monday night.

Middle linebacker Ray Lewis (foot), wide receiver Anquan Boldin (thigh) and rookie nose tackle Terrence Cody (torn meniscus in left knee) were limited for the second consecutive day. Linebacker Jameel McClain (knee) was downgraded to limited after fully participating Wednesday. Linebacker Tavares Gooden (thigh) was added to the report after being limited.

Wide receiver Marcus Smith (knee) fully participated for the second straight day.

Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Jonathan Fanene (hamstring) did not practice for the second consecutive day, but linebacker Keith Rivers (foot) was upgraded to limited participation after missing Wednesday's session.

Running back Cedric Benson was added to the injury report, fully participating despite a shoulder injury. Wide receiver Andre Caldwell (groin), cornerback Brandon Ghee (head) and running back Brian Leonard (foot) fully practiced for the second straight day.
