The Ravens brought another physical, productive receiver into the fold this week, signing former Bengal T.J. Houshmandzadeh to a one-year deal. Baltimore's addition of Houshmandzadeh and the failed Antonio Bryant experiment in Cincinnati, in my opinion, gives the Ravens a clear lead in the AFC North arms race.

Sports Illustrated's Don Banks agrees.

"It certainly makes for an interesting subplot between Cincinnati and Baltimore," Banks said (video after the jump). "I like Baltimore's receivers. I think they complement each other really well. But obviously, a case could be made for Chad [Ochocinco] and T.O. [Terrell Owens]."

Banks said that the signing shows the Ravens have gone all-in in 2010.

"It underlines that Baltimore believes it has Super Bowl potential and a Super Bowl roster put together," Banks said. "This is another move that signals their intention that they're going for it."
