Maryland said today that it will host two games -- on Nov. 8 and 10 -- in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic.
The Terps will play Seattle on Nov. 8. The Redhawks are in the process of transitioning from Division II to Division I.
Two days later, Maryland will host Charleston, which was 22-12 last season and played in the College Basketball Invitational.
Maryland will then move on to Madison Square Garden to join a Coaches vs. Cancer field that also includes Pittsburgh, Texas and Illinois.
The non-conferfence schedule is starting to take shape.
You already know that the Terps are heading to Penn State on Dec. 1. I reported a few weeks ago that the Terps are also likely to visit Villanova and host Temple. No final word on those contests yet.
