Delmarva catcher Justin Dalles was activated from the disabled list and catcher Luis Bernardo was transferred to Frederick.
Infielder Michael Mooney was added to the Shorebirds from Frederick, while relief pitcher Brent Allar also joins Delmarva.
Relief pitcher Ryan Palsha and catcher Jason Stifler were both transferred from the Shorebirds to the short-season Single-A Aberdeen IronBirds.
