On June 18 Sotheby's will auction off John Lennon's draft and fair copy of "A Day in The Life," the famous closing track of Sgt. Pepper. (Look for Lot 46.) The versions are on opposite sides of the same piece of paper. The auction house estimates the sheet will go for between $500,000 and $800,000. I wouldn't be surprised to see it break $1 million.
