Got tax problems? Make a Saturday date with the IRS

Still have some nagging questions about taxes? Stop by the IRS.

The agency will open its doors May 15th in Maryland to answer questions and help from individuals and small businesses. Five IRS Taxpayer Assistance Centers will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Similar open houses will be held around the country.

The offices can tackle any questions you have on audits, notices and payments, return preparation and offers-in-compromise. The IRS says when it held an open house in late March, nearly 90 percent of taxpayers who showed up had their problems solved that day.

And if you can't make it this time, the IRS says it will be doing this again on June 5 and June 26.
