As part of the online coverage leading up to the NFL draft, The Sun will look at prospects who could be available for the Ravens with the 25th overall pick.
Demaryius Thomas
Wide receiver, Georgia Tech
Sure, the Ravens addressed their wide position heavily in free agency. But Thomas provides something different than Anquan Boldin and Derrick Mason. At 6 feet 3, 224 pounds, he is the premier downfield threat in this year's draft.
Thomas' statistics won't impress many people. His production was stifled in Georgia Tech's run heavy triple-option offense. The reason teams will look at Thomas in the first round is his potential.
The other big question mark is Thomas' health. He broke his foot while preparing for the NFL combine and didn't run any drills.
