Juicy start to Ravens' 2010 season

We knew the Ravens were destined to play Rex Ryan and the Jets in 2010. But opening the season on "Monday Night Football"? Get ready for trash talk and smashmouth football. Other intriguing  matchups for the Ravens include a trip back to New England, an early-season game in Pittsburgh and a critical divisional game in the season finale.

Week 1 (Mon 9/13, 7 p.m.): @NYJ. In the juiciest matchup on the 2010 slate, the Ravens open the season on "Monday Night Football" against Rex Ryan's Jets (Ryan and QB Mark Sanchez pictured left, photo by AP.)
Week 2 (Sun 9/19, 1 p.m.): @CIN. The Bengals won the AFC North last year after going 6-0 in the division, including two tough wins over the Ravens
Week 3 (Sun 9/26, 1 p.m.): CLE. New Browns czar Mike Holmgren has made plenty of changes — Jake Delhomme? — but I'm not so sure they've gotten better

Week 4 (Sun 10/3, 1 p.m.): @PIT. Will Ben Roethlisberger be suspended for this one? That's the big question. Either way, it will still be tough to win in Pittsburgh
Week 5 (Sun 10/10, 1 p.m.): DEN. The Broncos aren't that formidable considering how coach Josh McDaniels keeps running his top offensive players out of town
Week 6 (Sun 10/17, 1 p.m.): @NE. The Ravens return to the scene of the crime. You can be sure Tom Brady and the Pats will circle this one on their schedules
Week 7 (Sun 10/24, 1 p.m.): BUF. Buffalo's QB situation, offensive line and rush defense are all awful. This might be the easiest game on the 2010 schedule
Week 8: BYE. Joe Flacco, Ray Rice and Terrell Suggs get some downtime to film more awkward television commercials
Week 9 (Sun 11/7, 1 p.m.): MIA. New Dolphins receiver Brandon Marshall could have been a Raven. Shutting down the big wideout will be key in this one
Week 10 (Thu 11/11, 8:20 p.m.): @ATL. Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco, the top two QBs taken in the 2008 draft, will meet for the first time in the regular season
Week 11 (Sun 11/21, 1 p.m.): @CAR. Carolina boasts the NFL's best 1-2 punch at running back with DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart toting the rock
Week 12 (Sun 11/28, 1 p.m.): TB. The Ravens should be ashamed if they somehow lose to the Bucs, who are in the second year of a massive overhaul
Week 13 (Sun 12/5, 8:20 p.m.): PIT. Assuming Big Ben stays out of trouble, he will be back in the black and gold when the Steelers come to M&T Stadium
Week 14 (Mon 12/13, 8:30 p.m.): @HOU. If the Ravens struggle against top passers again, Matt Schaub and Andre Johnson will have fine fantasy football showings
Week 15 (Sun 12/19, 1 p.m.): NO. Super Bowl MVP Drew Brees and a bevy of talented targets are sure to give the Ravens secondary fits. Pray for snow
Week 16 (Sun 12/26, 1 p.m.): @CLE. The Ravens have won seven of their 11 games in Cleveland all-time, and this will be extra important so late in the season
Week 17 (Sun 1/2, 1 p.m.): CIN. Might the division be on the line when the Bengals travel to Baltimore for the regular season finale? That would be a fun one
