Who's going home on tonight's American Idol? I won't even hazard a guess since last night was so unpredictable. I do know it's going to be a long show: There are about 14 guest music performances tonight, it seems like.

First up is Rascal Flatts with "Unstoppable."

I'm skipping writing too much about the vampire-themed Ford commercial and the Shrek promotion, just so you know.

For the results, Ryan divides the top six into three groups of two. The groups are Siobhan Magnus and Lee DeWyze, Aaron Kelly and Crystal Bowersox, and Michael Lynche and Casey James. Then Ryan moves Siobhan into the group with Michael and Casey, and it turns out that the bottom three are indeed Siobhan, Michael and Casey.

Next week's mentor, Ryan later announces, is Harry Connick Jr., and the theme is the music of Frank Sinatra.

Carrie Underwood then introduces Sons of Sylvia for their performance. After the break, Lady Antebellum performs the now triple-platinum "Need You Now." (Yes, it's a song that's basically about drunk dialing, but I can't deny that I've listened to it a time or 40.) The bottom three continue their waiting after the commercials, as Rascal Flatts returns to the stage, this time with Shakira in tow.

Results again: Michael Lynche is safe. But then we all have to wait some more through still more commercials. The person going home is Siobhan Magnus, and Casey James is safe.

She reprises "Think" on her way out. After she sings, she goes over to hug her mom (I think), and you can hear her say, "You're still our star!" Awww! Then she gets a hug from all of the judges.

What do you think about these results?
