1. Transmodern Festival

Baltimore’s arts scene loves to walk the cutting edge, and Transmodern is all over that, showing off works that bridge film, music, interactive art, theater and more. Dynasty Handbag (right, photo credit: Sophie Morner) will perform. Thursday-Sunday, Baltimore Museum of Art, H&H Building and other sites.

2. '9 by Design'

The design-development duo that is the focus of this show is living my dream. They name a butt-load of kids, and they get to build their dream home, live in it and begin working on another one. Watch all the chaos, drama and awe-inspiring style premiering at 11 p.m. Tuesday on Bravo.

6. 'Death at a Funeral'

I typically stay away from American remakes of British movies, but I'll take a risk just for Tracy Morgan. Opens Friday. MARISSA GALLO, B

10. Cam'ron at Sonar
"I'm Killa, you Andre Miller / Got a basic game." As much as Dipset founder Cam'ron loves nihilistic, chauvinistic, arrogant raps, it's his penchant for tongue-twisting, often hilarious wordplay that makes him a legend. Check out his live set Saturday night at Sonar. DJ Reddz, Mr. Incredible and more will warm up the crowd. $25, $50 for VIP. Doors open at 9. sonarbaltimore.com WESLEY CASE, B
