'Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains': Tears, idols, jeers

Oh, Survivor. You are the reality show that is keeping me sane right now. Which is sad in a way, but whatever. American Idol is leaving me cold, The Bachelor was so overwrought ... but Survivor is still magic right now.

I mean, really. Coach crying over the fire about how his man-crush Rob doesn't want to be his BFF and how nobody likes him anymore? And being consoled by, of all people, Tyson? And Tyson making the list of things he should stop doing because they're annoying (telling stories with no point that no one believes, doing tai chi on the beach in front of everyone)?

It was also interesting to see how the two tribes reacted to the news that there was a hidden immunity idol in camp. The Villains decided whoever went after it would be targeted. The Heroes scattered and started digging, turning on one another in mere moments.

But the long and the short of it was that the Heroes lost the immunity challenge and had to go to tribal council yet again. It seemed a sure thing that Tom or Colby would be going home. You know, because that would so strengthen the team. But Tom had the formerly hidden idol and everyone knew. So a plan was hatched to split the votes so one of them would leave no matter what. Then it looked like maybe they were going to go after Candice. Then a new plan arose in which the vote split would still happen, but JT would flip and join with Tom and Colby and they'd send Cirie home.

Once that scenario came up, I knew Cirie was doomed. Of course JT was going to ally with the other boys!

And indeed, that's what happened. Boo. I love Cirie. Her scheming is always so interesting and fun!
