The Orioles opened the bottom of the fourth with a double by Nick Markakis and a single by Miguel Tejada. Markakis was hung up in a rundown when he broke for the plate on a sharp bouncer to first by Matt Wieters, but Luke Scott grounded a single up the middle to score Tejada with the Orioles second run. Garrett Atkins followed with a single to right to load the bases for Josh Bell, who drove in his second run of the game with a sacrifice fly to left.

Will Ohman made his exhibition debut as an Oriole and pitched a scoreless -- though eventful -- inning. He walked Ryan Shealy to lead off the inning and got into a jam when Tejada booted Jason Bartlett's one-out bouncer, then got Dioner Navarro to ground into a double play.
Cla Meredith pitched a perfect fourth inning, inducing three straight ground balls.
