Two key points:
*I think Maryland will play better in the second half. Remember that it took the Terps a half to get their comfort zone against Houston. You think Maryland's three starting seniors are going down without a tussle? They've come too far for that.
*Michigan State point guard and leader Kalin Lucas seemed in a lot of pain after going down and leaving the game with four points in the first half. The Spartans would miss him if he can't return.
But...Michigan State is not only out-rebounding Maryland 25-11,t they are shooting 56.3 percent.
Very challenging for Terps if that hot shooting persists because it's tough to pack the lane AND get out to defend the arc. Mich. State's Durrell Summers has 12 points and is 2-for-3 on 3-pointers.
