The top three free-agent kickers -- Shayne Graham, Neil Rackers and Jay Feely -- could finally come off the market soon.
The Ravens' brain trust -- which includes owner Steve Bisciotti, general manager Ozzie Newsome and coach John Harbaugh -- all sat down and talked with Graham at the NFL owners meetings. The team also contacted Rackers.
Feely recently visited the Arizona Cardinals, who haven't ruled out re-signing Rackers. And the New York Jets, who signed Nick Folk this offseason, haven't closed the door with Feely coming back.
"The market is starting to open up a little bit now that the big names have signed," agent David Dunn, who represents Graham, told the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The Ravens are looking to upgrade over Billy Cundiff, who has been retained as a restricted free agent.
