Over at the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS), they're feeling March Madness and because of it, some animals will be free all month.
The usual $65 adoption fee will be waived for certain dogs and cats -- they'll be the ones with basketball stickers on their cages.
Also, all month people can bring in their pets to be microchipped for $20 -- it's regularly $35. Those who adopt from BARCS can get the chip for $5 instead of the usual $10.
Animals that will hopefully benefit from the madness include Sniff, this cute-looking pup. According to his profile, he's a treat-loving tail-wagger that gives kisses.
