Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco worked with a USC pitching coach earlier this month.
This isn't Flacco's first brush with baseball. He lettered three times in the sport at Audobon High School, where he led the baseball team to a state title.
Harbaugh said Flacco's week-long sessions with the baseball coach would help his arm strength and accuracy. "I don't think it was a tryout," Harbaugh joked.
Joe's brother, Mike Flacco, was selected in the 31st round of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft by the Orioles, and he finished last season with the Single-A Delmarva Shorebirds.
