According to this report by WTOP, Frederick is one step closer to allow dining with dogs. Which is great because Teddy Bean's been dying to try Volt.
(Actually, I don't even know if Volt has an outoor area -- which is the only spot dining with dogs would be allowed. But don't tell him that. Ever since Top Chef, he's been dying for a Bryan Voltaggio-made somethin-somethin.)

Check it out here.When we had that short spurt of spring a few weeks ago, I took the Bean down to Fells Point to walk around. We stopped into Pitango Gelato on Broadway and while I had a pretty fabulous cup of half cardamom/half dark chocolate sorbet, the nice young woman behind the counter offered Bean a little taster spoon of vanilla. He was in doggie heaven. Next door at Poppy & Stella shoes, when the woman offered him a mere dog treat, he sniffed, "Where's the gelato?"
Since the weather this weekend is supposed to be fantastic -- any other ideas?
