The Ravens finalized their tenders for restricted free agency, giving a second-round tenders to wide receiver Mark Clayton and guard Marshal Yanda. They also gave a low tender to linebacker Antwan Barnes (a fourth-round pick as compensation).
Offensive tackle Adam Terry didn't receive a tender, which makes him a free agent. The Ravens still could re-sign Terry to a cheaper deal.
