Due to the inclement weather, Harford County public schools were closed on Friday, postponing all after-school athletic events involving any Harford County teams.
In wrestling, three region tournaments -- the Class 4A/3A East at Meade, the 2A/1A West at Winters Mill and the 2A/1A East at Kent County -- will all be condensed into one-day tournaments on Saturday.
A number of opening round basketball playoffs set for Friday also will be moved to Saturday.
