Ray Lewis compares Fred Taylor to Bo Jackson

Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis had some classic battles when he went against running back Fred Taylor, who was the longtime face of the Jacksonville Jaguars franchise.

But days before they meet again (Taylor signed with the New England Patriots as a free agent), Lewis revealed how much he respects Taylor.

"Fred is one of those [players] you don't really look forward to playing, because he's a total back to me," Lewis said. "Barring injury, he's one of the greatest talents we've ever seen touch a football. You kind of put him in that same category -- I don't want to go too far -- but like a Bo Jackson, going through the injury, playing year-in and year-out. But what Fred can do with a football in his hand, it's special. So, it's always a good rivalry."

Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo will join the Ravens Insider blog on Friday for a live chat beginning at 1 p.m. Click here to access the chat.
