Gaither works, but slowly

Ravens left tackle Jared Gaither was with the offensive line when it began warmup drills today, but he moved slowly and carefully on his right ankle. He did not look like a player who was two days away from playing the biggest game of the year.

Gaither did not practice on Wednesday because of the ankle injury that caused him to miss three of the last four games of the regular season. He played in New England, but apparently reinjured the ankle.

With Gaither suspect, the Ravens must decide whether to install Oniel Cousins at right tackle (with Michael Oher moving to the left side) or slide Marshal Yanda over to tackle and insert Chris Chester at right guard.

Does everyone remember what happened in Pittsburgh? With Gaither out, Cousins was beaten by LaMarr Woodley in the second half for several big sacks.
