After three decades of weather forecasting on Baltimore TV, WMAR's Norm Lewis announced his retirement on-air Tuesday during the 5 p.m. newscast. He is the third longtime WMAR broadcaster to leave Baltimore's last place news station this month. The other two are Mary Beth Marsden and Terry Owens, who took buyouts from the station's owner, E.W. . UPDATE: It was initially reported that Lewis was taking a buyout like Marsden and Owens. In a message sent Tuesday night, Lewis said he is not taking a buyout.
