A Poll: What will Jon Gosselin do now?

Now that I have had some time to think about the ruling against Jon Gosselin this week in a Maryland court, I think I have some perspective.

First, given that it is essentially a contract case, it should probably come as no surprise that TLC had a better argument than Gosselin. Of course, TLC's lawyers could make a case that Jon violated his contract with Discovery Communications. The pact was so restrictive it didn't even allow him to photograph his own children without TLC's permission. Almost anything he did withouit the channel's permission would be in violation. Plus, Jon has been out of control for months.

But here's the question of the day: What do you think will become of Jon in the short term now that he cannot appear in the media because of the judge's ruling?

Here's my opinion: Now that he can't grab quick-buck money from sleazy tabloid, online and syndicated venues, he will soon be broke, and at the mercy of TLC. And the only thing he has that TLC wants is his signature saying his kids can go back on TV to be part of a show with estranged wife, Kate.

That would be awful, but that is what I predict will happen by the end of January if not sooner.

What about you? What do think will now happen with Jon?
