Steve Hauschka, cut by the Ravens this season after nine games and four missed field goals, signed with the Atlanta Falcons today. He replaces kicker Matt Bryant, who pulled a hamstring in the third quarter on Sunday while punting for the Falcons. He became the punter when Michael Koenen suffered a concussion making a tackle earlier in the game.

Hauschka made 9 of 13 field goals with the Ravens this year, and 10 of 15 including last season, when he served as kickoff specialist and long-range kicker behind Matt Stover.
