Former Ravens in the headlines

Did you notice that some former Ravens had interesting days Sunday?

*Ravens all-time points leader Matt Stover was 4 of 4 in field goals for the Indianapolis Colts. He hit from 38, 33, 31 and 40 yards against the 49ers. He did not attempt an extra point. In his first game with the Colts on Oct. 25, he was 6 of 6 in extra points and did not attempt a field goal.

*Ravens all-time rushing leader Jamal Lewis announced after the Browns' 30-6 loss to Chicago that he was retiring following this season. Lewis is just 30 years old, but after 10 years in the NFL and more than 10,000 yards gained, he's had enough. Doesn't help that Cleveland is 1-7.

*Jets linebacker Bart Scott was in on four tackles and had a sack, while safety Jim Leonhard was in on three tackles and had half a sack in the Jets' 30-25 loss to the Dolphins. Scott was ripped on "Mike & Mike In The Morning" today for sarcastically talking about how great the Dolphins are. The Jets have lost twice to Dolphins this season and Mike Golic told Scott to just shut his mouth. Golic said that Scott has no business talking when his team loses twice to an opponent.
